B-15飞行夹克是1944年美国陆军航空队（美国空军的旧称）选用的飞行夹克。分为B-15, B-15A, B-15B, B-15C和 B-15D几款。早期的B-15， B-15A由于皮革供应不足，面料为棉织品；当时尼龙面料还不成熟。从B-15B开始采用了沿用至今的尼龙面料。B-15B也是美国空军独立后所装备的第一款飞行夹克。与此同时，美国空军开始步入喷气式飞机的时代，在某种意义上说，市面上出售的B-15B是喷气式飞机时代空军飞行夹克的开山之作。
B-15比早期的皮制飞行夹克更轻，防风、防水性更好，人造毛的毛领还可以防止飞行员颈部的皮肤过敏（原来毛领是动物毛的），还增加了两个挂扣用来悬挂氧气面罩和无线电设备。
作为第一件尼龙制飞行夹克，承前启后的的B-15飞行夹克设计可谓经典。在后继型MA-1飞行夹克出现后，B-15飞行夹克依旧受到飞行员的喜爱并继续在军中服役。B-15飞行夹克的斜插式上衣口袋，左袖子上的笔袋，收缩式的袖口和下摆等特点成为MA-1，CWU-45/P等后继飞行夹克设计制造时的标尺延续至今。
作为朝鲜战争时期美国空军的制式飞行夹克，美国著名女影星玛丽莲梦露就穿曾着一件B-15飞赴朝鲜，慰问前线的美国大兵，以至后来发行了印有梦露照片的限量版B-15随即遭抢购。
